instructions: 
(1) degreasing: caustic soda 10g / L + soda ash 20g / L (temperature 55 degrees -60 degrees, time    3 minutes)
(2) washed clean water
(3) tricarboxylic acid: temperature 80 degrees -90 degrees, time 30 seconds -5 minutes
(1) sulfuric acid 1 part
(2) 1.5 parts of phosphoric acid
(3) 0.5 part of nitric acid
(Tricarboxylic acid tank must be stainless steel, because this tank to long-term heating)
(4) washed clean water
(5) Anode treatment: sulfuric acid 20% (temperature 18 degrees -20 degrees, time 20 minutes -40 minutes, with 18V 1000A000000)
(6) washed clean water
(7) dyeing (cold water or warm water 55 degrees -60 degrees, dyeing time 1 minute -15 minutes)
(8) washed clean water
(9) Sealing hole: (under the sealing agent 5g / L, temperature 70 degrees, time 10 minutes)
(10) clean water clean OK

 

* Precautions
 
1, open cylinder and supplemented, do not directly into the dyeing tank, in other containers with (about 80-90 ℃) hot water completely dissolved, added to the tank.
2, please do not use iron ions and phosphate ions of water, usually tap water, the best for ion exchange water.
3, must be washed thoroughly before dyeing. If attached to acid, will become spots, or lead to uneven dyeing, surface blur.
